David Brandon is Of Counsel with Hunter Law Group, PC, where he focuses his practice on appellate advocacy, professional liability matters, and ethics. Mr. Brandon brings decades of litigation and appellate experience, representing clients in complex civil disputes with an emphasis on high-exposure general liability matters, appellate advocacy, and professional liability issues.

Admitted to the California Bar in 1982, Mr. Brandon has developed a reputation for strategic legal analysis, persuasive appellate briefing, and effective advocacy before both state and federal courts. His practice includes handling appeals, writ proceedings, and post-trial motions, as well as advising trial counsel on preserving issues for appeal and shaping litigation strategy at all stages of a case.

In addition to his appellate work, Mr. Brandon has significant experience defending professionals and businesses in complex liability matters, providing clients with practical guidance informed by decades of litigation experience. He has also been actively involved in the legal community, including participation in bar association programs addressing appellate practice, ethics, and civility in litigation.

Mr. Brandon earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where he taught Appellate Advocacy, Professional Liability and California Civil Procedure as an Adjunct Professor of Law for over 30 years. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California.
